Use this form to request reimbursement for approved PTO expenses. Please review the guidelines on the form and submit all required documentation to help ensure timely processing - could take up to 2 weeks.

tax-exempt purchasing

The Mark Twain PTO is a tax-exempt organization. When making approved purchases on behalf of the PTO, please use the Texas Sales and Use Tax Exemption Certificate as the PTO will not reimburse sales. Download the form below and present it to the retailer at the time of purchase.

grant opportunities

The Mark Twain PTO Teacher Grant Program helps fund classroom resources, educational materials, technology, and other projects that enhance student learning. Grant applications are reviewed monthly by the PTO Executive Board.
